Lava Lake Lamb Loin Chops

This is the filet mignon of lamb. Both our all-natural and certified organic lamb chops are perfect for grilling or broiling -- They're cut to 1 ½" thickness, so it's easy to cook them to any desired degree of doneness. On average, you can serve one or two lamb chops per person.
